1. PARTIES
This Free YouTube Writing License (“License”) is effective as of July 12, 2026, by and between:

LICENSEE (Artist):
By clicking “I Agree” and downloading the Beat, Licensee accepts all terms of this License.
2. LICENSED WORK
The instrumental beat titled: “BIRDS 2”
License Type: Free YouTube Writing License
License Fee: FREE
The Beat is provided only as a tagged MP3 containing the Producer’s audio tag. No untagged files, WAV files, stems, or trackouts are provided or licensed under this License.
3. GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to Licensee’s continued compliance, Licensor grants a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:
- Write an original song (lyrics / topline) to the Beat using the EpikBeats writing tools on epikbeats.net; and
- Record and upload the resulting song as a standard video on YouTube, from a YouTube channel Licensee owns and controls.
This grant is limited to standard YouTube video uploads only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Licensor.
4. RESTRICTIONS
Licensee shall NOT:
- Distribute or upload the song to YouTube Music, Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud, or any streaming, download, or digital service provider (DSP);
- Use any music distributor or aggregator (e.g., DistroKid, TuneCore, UnitedMasters, CD Baby);
- Sell, license, or commercially exploit the song or the Beat, or use either in any paid, branded, sync, TV, film, or advertising context;
- Use the untagged Beat, or remove, mute, replace, or obscure the Producer’s audio tag;
- Claim ownership of the Beat, register the Beat with any distributor or performing rights organization as Licensee’s own, or sub-license, resell, or transfer the Beat to any third party;
- Use the Beat for any purpose not expressly granted in Section 3.
5. CONTENT ID
Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the Beat is registered with YouTube Content ID and that Licensor owns and collects one hundred percent (100%) of the Beat’s monetization on any YouTube upload containing the Beat, including Licensee’s video. Licensee agrees not to file, and to promptly release, any dispute or counter-claim against Licensor’s Content ID claims on Licensee’s video. This is a material condition of this free License.
6. CREDIT
Licensee must credit the Producer on every upload:
- Include “Prod By EPIK THE DAWN” in the video title; and
- Include “Beat by EPIK THE DAWN — https://epikbeats.net” in the video description.
7. OWNERSHIP
Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Beat, including the underlying musical composition and instrumental master, at all times. Licensee owns only the original lyrics and vocal performance Licensee creates. Licensee receives no ownership in the Beat and no exclusive rights of any kind. This License is non-exclusive; Licensor may license the Beat to any number of other parties and may sell exclusive rights to a paying member at any time.
8. TERM & TERMINATION
This License begins upon acceptance and continues until terminated. Licensor may revoke this License at any time in its sole discretion. Upon termination or any breach, Licensee shall remove any video using the Beat within seven (7) days. Sections 4 (Restrictions), 5 (Content ID), and 7 (Ownership) survive termination.
9. REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
Licensee represents that Licensee is at least eighteen (18) years of age (or has verifiable guardian consent), that the account and YouTube channel are Licensee’s own, and that Licensee’s lyrics and vocal performance are original and do not infringe any third party’s rights. The Beat is provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This License is governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. (Producer: edit this to your state/country before going live.)

By accepting electronically, Licensee agrees to be legally bound by all terms of this License. Electronic records of acceptance (timestamp, IP address, account information) constitute sufficient evidence of execution.
